How much is the logo set up fee?


We only charge a logo set up fee for first time customers, for embroidered clothing we need to have your logo set up so that it turns your digital file (PNG, VECTOR, JPEG, PDF) in to a special file that converts your design into stitches so that it can be read by an embroidery machine. 


For printing we need to check your artwork is high quality, poor resolution logos and designs can result in rough edges o your print and poorly printed deigns, which you can find out more about here. 


Our set up fee for embroidered is £5.99 for a chest size logo or £9.99 for a chest size and larger sized logo for locations such as the back. For printed logos we charge a £2.99 set up fee. Once you’ve placed your first order with us, we store your logo on file for any future orders you wish to place with us.

How much is the logo set up fee?


We provide set workwear bundles which include some of our best selling garments at discounted rates. All workwear bundles include a free left or right chest embroidered logo, free UK mainland delivery and a free logo set up fee. You can view our latest workwear bundles here. 



What print method should I choose?


It depends on what you’re looking to have personalized. For heavy duty items such as workwear, we’d recommend embroidery.  For promotions, events and parties we recommend printing. It can depend on your logo, the level of detail within it and your personal preference. If you have incredibly sensitive skin, we’d recommend option for print as the design sits on top of the t shirt whereas embroidery stitches through to the underside which can be a little rougher. 


If you’ve got an existing design and are just looking to order more, stick with the print method you currently have if you’re already happy. However, If you’re really unsure on what to select, then contact us direct and let us know your requirements. A member of our team will be happy to help.


Do you just provide printing, or do you supply the products as well?


We provide over 3000 products, all of which are available to order online blank or with the added option of including personalization such as print designs and company logos. You can choose to add customization via print or embroidery or just choose to purchase the garments in their blank state just like you would in any high street retail store. 


If I supply the garments can you print them?


We can, although we would recommend asking us for a quote first as we stock over 3000 products and often provide the best rates available so you may find you end up paying more and creating more work for yourself in trying to source garments, then trying to find a printer to customize them for you. If however there is something we don’t stock that you need printing then our team would be more than happy to provide you with a price for print only.


Do you provide discount for larger orders?


We do, the more items you purchase the better rates we can provide. You can purchase directly online, and you can access all of our pricing options throughout all the products we stock. You’ll see there are discounts allocated already for the more garments you select which are the 3 standard options we use (single items, pack items and carton). For larger orders over 100 units you can contact us direct for a bespoke quote and a member of the team will be happy to provide you with the best rate possible.


Is there a minimum order size?


There’s no minimum order size, whether you’re looking to order 1 t-shirt or 10,000, we take care of both companies and individual consumers on all orders, regardless of size.
